Terms & Conditions:

A Terms and Conditions document must be signed by all Clientele prior to any services being undertaken. Signing takes place at face-to-face meet up.

House & Pet sitting references:

A valid list of references is available upon direct request. If desired, please inform me directly through the enquiry submission form or in a text message.

My experience with animals and pets:

During my Highschool years I worked at a Cat Boarding Kennels on weekends caring for numerous cats and some rabbits.
I was tasked with feeding them with their specific foods, cleaning out water bowls, changing litter trays, washing their bedding, providing them with ample toys and cleaning out their pens.

Additionally, living on a farm, I have first hand experience with rounding up and managing cattle, chickens, ducks, birds and my own cat and dog. In the past I have also tended to horses.

I love caring for animals and giving them lots of cuddles, it has enhanced my sense of empathy with looking after all varieties big or small.

House-sitting Services I provide:

I have experience in the following areas:
- Cleaning and managing pools
- Watering plants and gardens
- Operating alarm and security systems
- Doing washing loads - bedding, general clothes etc
​- Collecting mail or deliveries
- Undertaking a thorough clean before departing from a home.

​IMPORTANT INFOMATION:
Prior to undertaking house/pet sitting jobs, I arrange to meet up with each of my Clients face to face for a chat and discussion of what they require from my services. Furthermore, this enables us to get to know each other and for me to clarify any uncertainties or questions that we both may have.

E.g. Some Clients only need a house-sitter, some require me to administer specific medications to their pets etc.. - each case varies from household to household.

Pet-sitting Services:

I have experience in the following areas:
- Administering medications to pets
- Walking/exercising pets
- Applying bark collars (if required)
- Keeping pets located in certain parts of the house - keeping them out of unwanted spaces.
- Spending time and playing with pets
- Cleaning up and disposing of wastes
- Feeding pets specific food & quantities
- Replacing food once its run out

Payment:

As of 2026, my rate currently lies between $30-$40 per night depending on the requirements of each house/pet sitting job. 

Preferred form of payment is through a direct deposit into my bank account. Bank details are provided closer to the house-sitting jobs.

Furthermore, a copy of an Invoice is available after the completion of a job upon request by the Client.
